About Dr. Yeroushalmi:
Dr. Yeroushalmi is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, specializing in advanced cataract surgery, LASIK, and comprehensive eye care.  He was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and attended the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated with honors receiving both a B.S. from the highly regarded School of Engineering and Applied Science, and a B.S.E. from the prestigious Wharton School of Business.  He received an academic scholarship to attend medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the world-renowned Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. He received his sub-specialty fellowship training in advanced cataract and LASIK surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center.  He has held faculty appointments at the internationally-recognized Wilmer Eye Institute of the John Hopkins School of Medicine and Weill Cornell Medical Center where he mentored and taught students and supervised their surgeries.  He has presented at numerous meetings on topics ranging from laser eye surgery to refractive eye surgery techniques. Dr. Yeroushalmi is highly proficient at diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions including cataracts, dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease.  He is sub-specialty trained in advanced cataract surgical techniques, laser eye surgeries such as LASIK and PRK and corneal transplantation. Dr. Yeroushalmi is available full-time to provide expert, compassionate care to patients.
